You read the title. In this, the death order is the same as in Kimberleys canon premonition, so the deaths will be reverse of that movie.
It’s gonna start the same, with Kimberly and Shaina picking up Dano and Frankie, seeing the pileup casualties and all that.
In this, Evan (due to being an arrogant dick), speeds past Burke, which means when the log truck breaks, Evan’s head is crushed by a log instead of Thomas. Tim would frantically try to control the wheel instead of Nora, causing him to swerve into a log, killing them. Kat would suffer the same fate as in the canon premonition, breaking her neck after ramming into a log. Eugene would crash into Rory’s car, and get launched into the road, stopping his car in its tracks. When the truck rams through Rory—killing him—Eugene’s head is squashed by the tires. Burke suffers the same fate as Evan in the premonition, and after Kimberly and her friends crash, Thomas is hit by the truck from hell, and it then runs into Kimberly and her friends.
Afterwards it's about the same, Thomas goes over to Kimberly to ask what happened, and saves her from getting hit by the truck. Burke would then interrogate Kimberly, Eugene, Rory, Kat, Nora, and Tim, Evan still being interrogated in the other room by Suby.
Burke goes back to his apartment, and investigates what happened in the first film, before things go down. He’d spill his drink on his computer, causing it to malfunction, and much like Lewton, it would explode, harming Burke. Some machinery was launched into a ceiling fan, causing it to fall. The light would then set a fire. Burke would try to extinguish it, but much like Evan in the canon film, he’d be unable to put it out. He’d desperately try to escape, but again like Evan, it’d lock. He’d break the window with something in his closet, and would escape from the fire escape ladder, narrowly avoiding his apartment blowing up. The rest plays out like Evan, minus him tripping on spaghetti. Thomas would get down, but unlucky for him, the ladder would go down. He’d look up at it, and it’d impale his eyes, killing him instantly. His death would be reported on the news, shocking the survivors.
Kimberly manages to track down the location of Clear Rivers, who had checked herself into the Stonybrook Institution. Kimberly leaves, and goes to Clear. It plays out the same as canon, but Burke is the casualty instead of Evan. Afterwards, Kimberly meets up with Evan, the latter reluctantly agreeing to help the former. Kimberly has a vision with a tree falling. Evan then drove her to go find the person next on the list—Eugene.
Eugene is preparing to leave his school, before Kimberly and Evan meet with Eugene. Eugene doesn’t believe the two, and goes to drive home. However, the two manage to follow Eugene, who, paranoid, tries to get them away. This caused him to crash into a tree. Upon realizing his motorcycle is broken, he got into a fight with Evan. But, due to the force of the motorcycle hitting the tree, it began to break. It fell onto Eugene, crushing him. The two are left shocked, Evan feeling guilt over indirectly causing the man's death.
Kimberly and Evan get in the latters car. When they stop, Clear approaches them, finally willing to help. She takes the two to Bludworth, Burke being the corpse instead of Evan. After hearing how new life could beat death, Kimberly has a vision of someone driving their van into water, and drowning. Kimberly remembers Isabella had a van. Clear tells them if they can stop death from killing Isabella and allowing her to give birth to her child, then the order could stop. Evan manages to get his roommate Rick to get his father to find the vans license plate, before getting him to get Officer Adams to arrest Isabella so she won’t be in harms way. Evan then gets all the survivors of the pileup to go to his apartment, Evan kicking out Rick for the time being.
Nora doesn’t want her son thinking he’s going to die, causing her to squabble with Clear. Rory, irritated by their fighting, leaves to cool off. Nora also leaves, Tim opting to stay. Tim goes to turn on the radio, before tripping and falling over. The radio crashed into the ground, its mechanical parts faintly making the shape of stairs. An angry Evan walked over to Tim to chew him out, but Tim pointed out the shape of the parts. A frightened and stressed Tim ran to save his mom. However, Tim’s fright causes Rory to lose his balance on the stairs. He fell down the flight, before finally breaking his arm on the wall on the bottom. Upon taking the injured Rory to the others, they opt to drive him to the hospital. As this happens, Adams has to take Isabella to the hospital so she can give birth to her child, due to her water breaking.
In the car, everyone reveals their ties to the survivors of Flight 180. Rory avoided a shootout near his home by seeing Ms. Lewtons house blow up, and leaving to investigate. Kat avoided a gas leak when the bus she was on ran over Terry. Nora and Tim avoided getting in a car crash Nora’s husband/Tim’s father Mr. Carpenter upon seeing Billy’s corpse one day, causing Tim to be sick at the thought and have to stay home, Nora staying with him. Evan avoided getting murdered while on a trip to Paris with his friends after seeing Carter get crushed by the sign, and Kimberly avoided dying in a mugging like her mom after seeing Tod’s apparent suicide on the news.
Afterwards, the car crashes after a tire blows out, causing Rory to get stuck in the car with a pipe behind him, and Nora getting impaled in her lung and taken to the hospital. Brian Gibbons tries to help Rory get out, but fails. Brian almost gets hit by a van, but is saved by Kat. Evan and Kimberly go over to Rory to check on him, but he’s freaking out too much for an intelligible response. Kimberly goes to the hospital van, Tim looking over at it, concerned for his mother as it drove off.
Evan goes over to Kat, but a tree falls, and causes it to narrowly miss him, who gets his arms trapped under so he can’t move. Rory is trying to be freed, but is panicking too much and yells at them to do it faster. Much like in the film, they slam it into the car, causing the airbag to trigger and Rory getting impaled. A lit cigarette Kat left after leaving in a hurry, which fell into the fuel leakage. It caused an explosion, and the wired fence was launched at Kat, just as Evan freed his arms. The fence cuts through Kat, chopping her in 3. As Evan gets up, he alongside Kimberly, Clear, and Tim witness Kat be split apart.
Kimberly, Evan, Clear, and Tim drive to the hospital to make sure Isabella has the baby, the 3 informing Tim about their theory. But, Tim is more concerned about finding Nora. Kimberly then has a vision of a doctor strangling someone, thinking the person getting strangled is Isabella. When they get to the hospital, they split up, Clear and Tim going to find Nora, and Kimberly and Evan going to make sure Isabella has the baby.
Nora, just a few rooms over from Isabella, watches helplessly as the vents close and medical equipment is detached. When Kimberly and Evan get to Isabella’s room, she has the baby. Nora is saved by the defibrillator’s emergency mode. The 2 meet up with Clear and Tim, and tell them about Isabella, the 4 believing they’re safe. However, Kimberly has another vision, revealing Isabella was never going to die at all. Tim, upon hearing this, frantically goes over to Nora’s room to try to save her, Clear following to try to save Tim. Tim gets to Nora’s room. Unluckily for the 3, the plug unplugs and a spark is caused. Said spart triggers an explosion due to the oxygen igniting, incinerating Nora and Tim. Clear is burnt by the explosion as well, but her fate is sealed when a flying trolley strikes her, going right through her, killing her instantly. Evan is also almost struck by it, but he is saved by Kimberly.
Kimberly, after seeing her cut hands, realizes the visions she saw were about her. Thus, she believes that her new life will put an end to what had happened. Kimberly drives an ambulance into a lake, causing Evan to try to save her. She has flashbacks to her father, Shaina, Dano, Frankie, Thomas, Eugene, Rory, Kat, Nora, Tim, and Clear. The doctor she assumed was strangling her brings her back to life, having technically died, technically breaking death’s list. This leaves Kimberly and Evan as the sole survivors.
Corman, her father, and Lewis are invited by Brian’s family to a cookout. However, upon the 2 finding out about Kat’s intervention, The grill explodes, blowing Brian to pieces. His arm then lands on the plate of his mother.
