The North Bay Mall is a mall located in Vancover, Canada. It opened on October 13th, 2017, on May 7th, 2021, A gasleak is found on the 3rd floor, The building explodes and kills almost everyone.
This is the sixth disaster is this was official.

Premotion[]
3 days after the Game n' Showcase 2021 disaster, Northern Bay Junior Highschool student Lowrance Capone has a premotion of a gas leak that kills almost everyone, here is the premotion in question.
During his second semester's break, Lowrance along with a couple others go shopping in the North Bay Mall for the duration of a break.
In the back of Hardware from the Best, a gas spark starts leaking, authorities attempt to stop the leak, they successfully do it but then another pipe starts leaking, a spark from a light fixture falls on to the leaking part, causing an explosion that kills the authorities. The group notices the explosion, thinking nothing about it, another pipe starts leaking in the burning back of the store, connected to the place the group is going (De-tour-a-thatch cafe), ordering something before getting seated at seat 32, The gas leak throws everyone in the cafe, then destroys a wall piece that flings towards Amelia, crushing her.
The group attempt to escape before an another gas leak happens exploding the entire cafe, flinging a piece of the logo towards Finnsky & Jake watching from the 4th floor, Jake dodges the sign by jumping off on to the first floor, bad idea. Finnsky went inside the CD store trying to escape the sign, the sign piece flings into the CD store, opening CDs and breaking some of them, the sign then flings the CDs at Finnsky, quadrisecting him.
The group try going down the escalators along with others from the 3rd floor escaping the leaks, an another gas leak happens yet again, sending a glass pane towards the group, killing Tucker and Liam. The group goes down onto the 2nd floor, then a propane tank catches on fire because of an earlier gas leak. The leak causes 2 pillars to collapse on the 3rd floor escalators, Making the escalators fall onto the 2nd floor, crushing Bryce who attempted to get out.
Lowrance attempts to find another way to get out as the building collapses, but before that, Another gas leak happens flinging Lowrance into a broken window holder before getting incinerated.
Real Life[]
Lowrance wakes up from his premotion, convincing the group to get outta here, Finnsky & Jake notices them and follows them. As he saw, The gas leak happens and the building collapses with everyone in it but them. All areas where crushed, except the first floor bathrooms for some reason.
Signs/Clues[]
- The cafe's sign flickers a bit, showing "De a th ", which is Death.
- Seat 32 is a shuffled version of 23.
- One of the CDs that quadrisected Finnsky was named "The Final DeadRide DVD Special", being a reference to Final Destination 3's name and disaster.
