This Truck appears in The Final Destination which is similar to some automobiles.
The truck cataclysmicly passed the Death by Caffeine coffee shop as Nick O'Bannon, Lori Milligan and Janet Cunningham were celebrating, under the believe that they had escaped certain death, when a nearby construction pylon topples over, forcing the driver of this truck resembling a Peterbilt 367 to veer directly into the shop, killing the trio and fixing Death's plan.
The Final Destination []
After saving the lives of his remaining two friends, as well as the ones of dozens of others at the Springfield Centre Mall, weeks later, Nick goes to meet Janet and Lori in their favorite coffee shop. He passes a construction site and notices a loose pylon outside of their hangout. He warns a worker about it, who nonchalantly assures him that he'll fix it soon enough, before joining Lori and Janet inside. Moments later he deduces that the mall disaster vision was merely a red herring meant to lead them to where they needed to be for Death to strike. At that moment, the pylon collapses, causing this truck to swerve as it passed the site, causing it to crash into the café's window. As the final scene turns to X-ray vision, Janet is shown to have been crushed under the tires while Lori is hit directly by the truck's grill, snapping her neck and decapitating her. Nick is thrown into a wall, face first, potentially causing brain damage, bashing his skull and jaw, sending one of his teeth flying into the camera before the credits roll.
The truck and its driver can be assumed to have been Death's Servants, with their exact fate being left unknown, though it is highly probable that the driver died and the truck was left unusable because of the truck's speed and velocity it hit into the building with.
