"Because Death took so long to make its way through the survivors, these people went on to have families. Families that they never should've had. So Death took them too. I mean.. Don't you see this? Death is coming for us because we were never supposed to exist."

She heads back home to figure out her nightmares and expects everyone to treat her the same way before she left. However, her ghosting made Charlie and Julia grow distant towards her although she is oblivious as to why. After finding out about Death, Stefani becomes increasingly paranoid and panicked as each of her family members start to die.

Final Destination Bloodlines[]

Stefani has a nightmare and wakes up screaming
Stefani falls asleep in class but wakes up screaming due to a nightmare. Her teacher jokes about how his class is scary but not enough to elicit that reaction. At the end of the period, he sets Stefani aside to inform her about her failing grades, telling her that she is on academic probation. Back in her dorm, she again wakes up screaming due to the same nightmare, commenting on how it's ruining her life. Val, her roommate, wakes up and is annoyed by Stefani's constant screaming.
Val then tells her that this has been happening every night, ruining her sleep schedule. Stefani apologizes to Val and informs her about the woman in her dreams, being her own grandmother, Iris. Val tells her that she can go back home and find out more about Iris in hopes that it will stop the nightmares, jokingly saying she'll kill Stefani in her sleep if she continues to stay. Taking that advice, Stefani decides to head back home. As she's driving, due to being very sleep deprived, Stefani almost falls asleep, only waking up after seeing flashes of her nightmares.
After a long drive, Stefani finally enters her home and is warmly greeted by her father, Marty. She asks him if he kept any items belonging to her estranged mother, Darlene, hoping that she can find a phone number or address belonging to Iris. He is confused as to why she would need this and tells her that he got rid of Darlene's belongings years ago. Just then, Charlie walks downstairs but ignores Stefani as she tries to talk to him, opting to go to his cousins' house instead. Stefani tells Charlie that she'll drive him there but before leaving the house, Marty informs her to not talk about Iris in front of her uncle, Howard. During the drive, Stefani is annoyed by Charlie's distant behavior, he asks why she's here as she only comes home during the holidays. She tells him about her failing grades and he laughs about it, but stops once he realizes how serious her situation is and that she could lose her scholarship, she makes him promise to not tell their father.
Arriving at her cousins' house, she is greeted by Bobby and is asked to find his pet turtle, Paco. Charlie tells Erik that Stefani is failing university, making her annoyed. Julia comes downstairs and is surprised to see Stefani but ignores her and asks Charlie about his love life. Stefani is confused once she hears about Charlie's date and him joining the junior lifeguards, awkwardly asking him why he didn't tell her about this. Uncomfortable, she heads into the kitchen where Brenda is happy to see her. Stefani asks to speak to Howard and Brenda calls him inside. She then questions him about Iris and gets irritated when he keeps avoiding her questions. The rest of the family join them and Howard tells her that Iris is a deeply disturbed woman, citing her as the cause for her mother's current state. Stefani is unwilling to back down and asks him about Iris' whereabouts but is told to stay away from her.

Stefani passing through Iris' gate
Charlie finds Paco in the refrigerator and the whole family leaves the room, except Brenda and Stefani. Stefani begs Brenda to tell her where Iris is and seeing Stefani's panicked state, Brenda gives in and informs her where Iris' mail is hidden. Now knowing Iris' address, she drives to her home and finds that she has completely shut herself off from the outside, living in a cabin. Although Iris tells Stefani to go away at first, she lets her in and tells her to put away her belongings once she realizes that Stefani is her granddaughter. Once inside the cabin, Stefani tells Iris about her recurring nightmares. Iris informs her that the nightmares she's been having is actually a premonition that Iris had back when she was at The Sky View. Stefani is told that the premonition might have been passed down to her because of Iris' cancer. Quickly, Stefani is told about Death and Death's design, scaring her as Iris becomes more desperate.

Stefani is splattered after witnessing Iris' death
Overwhelmed, Stefani leaves the cabin and tells Iris that it was a mistake coming here. Before leaving through the gates, Iris comes out and gives her a book, informing her that it will help keep their family safe. Stefani still doesn't believe in Iris and in response, she tells her to step back. Stefani is confused but Iris is then hit by a weather vane, which impales her in the mouth and kills her instantly. Covered in Iris' blood, Stefani screams in horror.
After witnessing her grandmother's death, Stefani attends her funeral along with the rest of the family. She apologizes to Howard for going to Iris' home. Just then, Darlene arrives to the funeral which surprises her, she is told that Darlene will be going to the barbeque party. After hearing about this, Stefani decides not to come which upsets Charlie, he explains how, just like their mom, Stefani has been ghosting them ever since she left. Stefani, now panicked, tells him that she is nothing like her, claiming that she isn't crazy. He leaves saying that she isn't, just that she doesn't care.
After the funeral, Stefani is at home, planning to write an email to her professor discussing what she had experienced. During this, she hears the wind blowing the windchimes outside, she then decides to take out Iris' book and read the contents. Stefani sees a penny taped in the book, along with various writings and depictions of objects that could be used to kill someone. After flipping through the pages, she accidentally knocks some newspaper clippings that details the deaths of The Sky View survivors.

Stefani arrives at the barbeque
Suddenly, a family photo drops to the floor and shatters, sliding a piece of broken glass over to Stefani. She picks it up and gazes at the shard. Now worried, she leaves the home and drives to her cousins' house. She tries to call Charlie but is met with no answer, while driving, she sees a sign that says "CAUTION". Arriving at the residence, she quickly gets out of her car and runs to the backyard. She is greeted by Darlene and is glad that Stefani came. Howard, previously on the trampoline, gets off to welcome Stefani. However, a chain reaction causes Howard's face to be shredded by a lawnmower. Stefani screams and tries to look away.

Stefani hangs Iris's map of Death on the wall.
After Howard's funeral, now aware that Iris' words were true, Stefani begins to read Iris' book and tapes the news clippings of previous survivors onto the wall. She draws an outline of Iris' bloodline in order to see the order of death in her family. Charlie walks downstairs to drink something and begins grieving Howard's death. Stefani hugs Charlie and he asks what she's been doing.
Stefani explains to her family about Death's design.
The next morning, Stefani gathers her family where they are informed on Death's design. However, the family keeps brushing her off, making her panic. Desperately, she tells each family member about their place on Death's list, not including Marty and Brenda as they are not directly related to Iris. After she is finished, the family is left in disbelief. Tearful, Brenda starts to leave and others follow suit. Before Erik leaves, Stefani warns him and is concerned about his safety as he is next. He tells her to stop and leaves to comfort his mother. Now left alone with Darlene, she is told that Iris' words aren't real and is comforted. However, Stefani leaves Darlene and tells her she doesn't need a mother anymore.
The next morning, Stefani wakes up Charlie and is concerned about Erik's safety, having been texting him the night before but has been met with no replies. She brings Charlie along and drives, planning to see Erik. She is told that the tattoo parlor had burned down last night, distracted, she accidentally hits Erik. The two are confused but is relieved to see him alive. He shows them the heart branding he got on his arm and rebukes her constant messaging late last night. Stefani then expresses confusion about him surviving and he reassures them that Death isn't coming after their family, calling the idea crazy before almost getting hit by a delivery van.
Afterwards, he informs them that maybe he is invincible. As Erik continues to walk, Stefani tells him to avoid various things that could kill him, such as a tree trimmer and some kids playing soccer. He continues to mock her and Julia walks out of their home. She is concerned once she notices his injuries, but he waves her off. After Stefani tells him to stay away from the garbage truck next to him, he goes to take provocative actions towards the truck. Stefani is annoyed by Erik's actions and Julia leaves to start her jog, telling Stefani that their family is done with her garbage.

Stefani holding Julia's arm
As Julia jogs, a chain of events causes her to fall into the garbage truck's disposal and the trio chase after it. Stefani is able to climb onto the side of the truck as Julia makes her way towards the opening of the loading hopper. She tries to get her out but the truck abruptly stops and Julia falls back in. Stefani grabs onto Julia's hand but it's too late, the compressor slowly crushes her lower head and arm as she screams. Stefani, who is still holding onto her, rips Julia's arm off as the compressor finishes crushing her. Stefani screams as she holds her cousin's now severed arm.
Grieving Julia's death, Stefani blames herself for getting the order wrong but Brenda reveals that Stefani is not to blame as she had an affair that caused Erik's birth, meaning Erik was never on Death's list. Erik leaves the room after finding out his biological father and Brenda follows after him. The group realizes Bobby is next to die and he begs Stefani to help him, after criticizing Darlene, Marty leaves in frustration. Stefani doesn't think she can but gets supported by her family, Charlie informs them that Stefani had pointed out the tools that were used for Julia's death, Darlene is surprised and asks Stefani to explain. Stefani tells them that Iris' book is akin to an equation, she has to pick out the right things in the environment and figure out how they can be used to kill someone.
As Stefani is reassured, Bobby reminds Stefani that she had informed them that there was a person who had previously survived Death's list. Looking through Iris' book, they find that a person named "JB" at Hope River Hospital knows the person who had survived. As they leave the house, they tell Bobby to stay inside since they believe it is safer for him. Bobby tells them that he looked through the book and found that there are various ways to die inside a house, he informs them that he isn't staying and comes with them. Before leaving, Stefani tells Charlie and Darlene to make sure the RV is safe. Just then, Erik comes out of the house and informs Darlene to get rid of her peanut butter that Bobby is allergic to. After some contemplation, he decides to come with them.
During the drive, Stefani is told by Charlie that Marty is trying to call them, she asks Charlie to tell their father that they are driving with Darlene, hoping that it will buy them some time. As Stefani observes the inside of the RV, she sees photos of her and Charlie when they were kids. Darlene notices this and informs her that she always keeps them where she could see them. Stefani, now annoyed, says she could of had the real thing by staying instead of abandoning them. Upset, Darlene explains that she didn't want to ruin Stefani and Charlie's life. She saw that her children were looking at her the same way she looked at Iris. Not wanting to hurt them anymore, she decided to leave. After their conversation, Stefani stays silent and looks out the window.
Arriving at the hospital, the family makes it to the morgue and meet "JB". He reveals himself to be William Bludworth and informs the family about his connection to Iris, being a fellow survivor that escaped The Sky View. The family asks Bludworth how they are able to get off of Death's list. He informs them that the only way is to either kill someone and take their remaining life span, or successfully resuscitate a person on the list, which a previous survivor has done so before. Bludworth then leaves and the family is distraught. Erik suggests to kill and resuscitate Bobby to get the entire family off of Death's list, however, they are against the idea. Bobby asks Stefani if there's any other way and she tells him that it's over.

Stefani tells Charlie the reason as to why Erik died
As Stefani tries to find other solutions, she is comforted and hugged by Charlie and Darlene. However, Charlie realizes Erik and Bobby has wandered away. They try to search for them and hears someone scream. Running over to the noise, they make it to the scan room but find that Erik and Bobby were killed by the MRI machine. As they grieve outside, Charlie tearfully questions why Erik was killed if he wasn't on the list. Stefani answers him, saying, "When you fuck with Death things get messy".
While grieving, Darlene gets up and tells her children that they should leave, worried that Death will get to them. Charlie argues saying that no where is safe, however, Stefani remembers Iris' cabin and suggests they head there to hide from Death. Charlie continues to say that they can't hide in the cabin for the rest of their lives. Darlene disagrees and suggests that she should be the only one to stay there, giving Stefani and Charlie the chance to live without the fear of Death. They try to argue but Darlene stays firm with her choice. Before heading off, they hug one last time. In that instance, the penny in Iris' book falls out and rolls away without them noticing. The trio get into the RV and almost hits a logging truck, at which point Darlene suggests that Stefani should drive instead and they switch places. After they leave, an elderly woman picks up the penny and puts it in her purse.
Arriving at the cabin, they are blocked by Iris' gate, Stefani notices that Death is making a move and rams into the gate, destroying it. Now on the grounds, Stefani tries to unbuckle her seatbelt but it gets jammed, the others stay to help her but Stefani informs Darlene to get inside, ensuring her and Charlie' safety. Darlene and Charlie head inside the cabin, but a hanging potted plant falls and turns on the stove, causing gas to leak. Outside, sparks from a broken light drifts into the cabin, hitting the gas. Darlene notices this and shoves Charlie out of the way as the cabin explodes. The RV is knocked into a pond and water comes flooding in. Stefani, still stuck inside, tries to unjam her seatbelt with no luck.

Stefani wakes up after Charlie performs CPR on her
At the same time, Charlie is saved from debris by a heavily burnt Darlene, however, she is then killed after a falling lamp crushes her. Charlie goes into the RV to rescue Stefani and manages to release her from the vehicle but she passes out. Desperately, Charlie performs CPR on her and she manages to wake up. This last situation makes them think they have cheated death by using the "new life" method JB had previously informed them about. Upon finding out that Death had already claimed Darlene, the siblings mourn the loss of their mother.
Death[]
A week later, Stefani and Marty help Charlie get ready for his prom date, Jenny Reddick. They head to her home and meet her father who is a doctor. The siblings talk to him as he congratulates Charlie on Stefani's rescue. Stefani tells Mr. Reddick that Charlie brought her back from the dead. However, Mr. Reddick informs the two that isn't the case as Stefani was only unconscious, which means she never truly died. Stefani and Charlie exchange glances as the reality of Mr. Reddick's words set in.

Stefani is crushed to death by a falling log.
Not far from them, the elderly woman from the hospital buys lemonade and the penny falls out of her purse, rolling and lodging itself between moving train tracks, causing it to stop. Stefani notices signs of Death and tells Charlie to run as Train 0513 derails and destroys several houses on the street. The siblings sprint away from the moving train until it stops. However, another train car holding logs jerks forward, throwing several logs at the two, crushing both Stefani and Charlie.

Original news article on the Train Derailment Tragedy
A news article depicting the train derailment tragedy is published a day after the death of Stefani and Charlie, and it is briefly shown during the end credits of the movie. Photos of Stefani and Charlie were included, but they were not mentioned throughout the article.
Signs/Clues[]
- Before and after her premonition, Iris saw a young William playing with a toy train; predicting the deaths of her grandchildren and the last of her bloodline in the present.
- As the Reyes siblings leave to see their cousins, Stefani closes the front door which has rectangular glass shapes overlapping her shadow, referencing the similarly shaped logs that crush her and Charlie.
- While Stefani drives to Iris' cabin, a train's horn can be heard in the distance.
- The train's number that would ultimately kill the Reyes siblings was the same date that three disasters from the previous movies occurred in (May 13): the explosion of Volée Airlines Flight 180, the pileup in Route 23, and the derailment of the Devil's Flight rollercoaster.
- The night before visiting her family, Stefani's roommate, Val, threatens to kill Stefani if she wakes her up in the middle of the night again. Stefani's death would ultimately be caused by human action.
- After the meeting where Stefani explains death and the bloodlines to the family, Darlene warns Stefani not to let Iris' beliefs derail her life.
- After leaving Hope Rivers Hospital, Darlene nearly crashes her van into a truck carrying logs whilst Stefani and Charlie were in the passenger seats.
- The penny that derailed the train is the same one thrown by Alfred Milano that caused the explosion at The Sky View and the fall of the piano that crushed Daphne Wo. Iris kept this coin and put it in her book after preventing the disaster. Unknown to Stefani, this coin falls out of the book at the hospital before they leave, to be then found by the old woman.
- The train tracks that the derailment occurs on are shown at the start of the film, where they are shown to be misaligned. William Bludworth had a toy train to play with at The Sky View, which seen in Iris' premonition, predicting the deaths of her grandchildren and the last of her bloodline in the present. The toy train is then shown later through a transition from the present when Bludworth rolls it along his desk while speaking to Stefani and the others about how Iris saved him.
- This transition can also be seen as a parallel to how the train is in the past (the train tracks shown at the beginning) as well as the events to come.
- Stefani pricks her finger on a red rose boutonnière from Charlie's graduation attire, the same manner that happened to their grandmother to their grandfather before the former's premonition. This aspect would led to their deaths and signify the end of Iris' bloodline.
- The rose was used in history by the English county of Lancashire as their military badge and would lost and die in the War of the Roses.
- Stefani saw a red mustang, the same vehicle that her grandparents drive before the tower's collapse.
- Stefani notices that Jenny, Charlie's prom date, is wearing a dress similar to the one worn by Iris on the day she predicted the disaster at Sky View Tower.
- Like Iris, Stefani also notices the wind blowing through some windchimes before the train derailment.
- Stefani also hears Dr. Reddick says “you’re a million bucks” to Jenny, the same phrase Paul said to Iris before entering The Sky View.
- The derailed train that almost killed her featured the same blue, white and red color scheme as Flight 180.
- During the derailment, one of the train cars briefly displayed the number "0513" but only the digits "13" we're clearly visible, a number often associated with bad luck.
- When you add the digits of the full train number ( 0, 5, 1 & 3) the total is 9. However, if you interpret the numbers as 15 and 3, the sum is 18, and when you add the 0, you get 180.

Trivia[]
- Stefani is the only protagonist in the Final Destination franchise who isn't a visionary.
- While she had visions of the same premonition her grandmother had, she never had visions that were unique to her.
- Similar to Clear Rivers, Stefani is able to see signs despite not being a real visionary.
- Stefani is the first non-white protagonist in a Final Destination film, and the first lead character of Filipino descent.
- Though technically she didn't have a premonition, she was the first "visionary" to scream in terror after the end of the vision, with all previous visionaries not expressing any vocal reaction immediately after the vision.
- Stefani having the nightmares of Iris' premonition could actually be a part of Death's design: It is through Stefani tracking down her grandmother that death finally gets the opportunity to kill Iris by forcing her to sacrifice herself to prove everything to Stefani and give her the book. Because of this, Stefani could be considered a servant of Death.
- Stefani having waking nightmares (due to her grandmother's premonition) is loosely similar to Nick O'Bannon also waking up from sleep in The Final Destination (2009).
- Difference being Nick would awake due to dreaming of signs of other's deaths, while Stefani was dreaming of her grandmother's premonition, as well as Stefani not being a visionary, while Nick was.
- Stefani notices a red car driving by, seemingly the same type of car driven by Paul Campbell.
- Stefani's death via being crushed by a log, is a nod to Thomas Burke's death via being crushed by a log from a log truck in the Route 23 pileup, from Kimberly Corman's premonition, in Final Destination 2 (2003).
- Stefani's death being caused by a train derailment is also a loose nod to Train 081 from Wendy Christensen's premonition from Final Destination 3 (2006).
- Just like Kimberely and Thomas, her and Charlie's deaths are mentioned in a newspaper article. However Kimberly and Thomas' deaths were non-canon as the newspaper depicting their deaths was only in the choose your fate special feature in the DVD.
- Stefani's car has an "RFK·575" license plate just like Carter Horton's car from Final Destination.
- Stefani is shown to be left-handed during the scene in which she maps out Death's design with her family tree.
