Officer Sean Murphy is a character in the novel Final Destination: Dead Man's Hand. He is a young officer in the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department who escorted the survivors of the Merlin's Tower elevator accident in his patrol van, along with Warren's partner Izzy.
Death
While driving down the street in his van, a traffic light falls down and slams through the left side of the van, smashing through the window and severing Sean in half at the waist. His blood sprayed all over the survivors and Allie and Izzy ended up contracting a deadly form of HIV from his infected blood.
