Mrs. Gibbons is a character in the film Final Destination 2. She is Brian Gibbons' mother and is married to Peter Gibbons.
In the fall of 2000, she and her husband invited Kimberly Corman and Thomas Burke to their farm for a barbecue. During the barbecue, she learns that Brian would have been killed months earlier if it weren't for the intervention of Rory Peters. Moments later, she witnesses Brian's death at the hands of the barbecue grill and screams in horror after his arm lands on her plate.
