Number Four Mornington Crescent is the street address of a house owned by Madame Adrienne in Final Destination: Destination Zero. It is the site of a gas explosion that occurred on Saturday, October 13, 1888.
This is the first major disaster following The Sky View disaster in 1968.
Disaster
As construction workers are working underneath a tunnel located directly underneath Adrienne's house, they take a break and leave the construction equipment unattended. The gas from the tools begins to rise through the ground and into Adrienne's house. Because the boiler is on, the gas ignites, and a catastrophic explosion occurs, incinerating all of the occupants inside almost instantly.

- The Mornington Crescent explosion is the first known disaster where a person had a vision of the disaster and saved themselves and several others from it. However, some time later, most of them were killed by accidents caused by Death.
