Luke Lane is the son of Samantha and Edward Lane. He also is the younger brother of Ryan Lane.
Biography
Luke lives in McKinley, Pennsylvania, with his parents and older brother. He was an intended survivor of McKinley Speedway disaster.
The Final Destination
Luke and his family were attending the Megatech 300 Memorial Race at the McKinley Speedway.
Premonition
Luke, along with his brother and father, were shown be able to escape the speedway when the disaster occurred.
Real Life
During the accidental scuffle between Nick O'Bannon and Andy Kewzer, Luke and his family left the speedway. Two days later, Samantha goes to Salon Dante with him and Ryan. Before entering, he and Ryan made a contest to see who could hit a sign with a rock. Afterwards, a lawnmower ran over one of the rocks, launching it into Samantha's eye as he, Ryan and the salon receptionist watch in horror. According to the newspaper that reported Samantha's death, the witnesses were receiving counseling after the incident, so it can be assured that Luke was one of them.
Trivia
- He and his brother inadvertently played a part in Samantha's death by throwing the rock that later comes in contact with the lawnmower. This makes them Servants of Death.
- The numbers on his and Luke's sport shirts are 9 and 20. When multiplied, 9 and 20 equals 180.
