Howard Siegel is a character in Final Destination. He is the National Transportation Safety Board Vice Chairman who arrive at the scene after Volée Airlines Flight 180 exploded.
Final Destination
Apart of the National Transportation and Safety Board, Howard, after Volée Airlines Flight 180 exploded at John F. Kennedy International Airport, arrived at the scene with FBI Agents Weine and Schreck. Talking to Alex Browning and the others who had gotten off the plane before it exploded, Howard informed them that their families had been contacted and were on the way, and asked if anyone was in need of medical attention or spiritual counsel. When Ms. Lewton asked if there were any survivors, Howard was only able to tell her that the cause of the explosion had yet to be determined, that the authorities are combing the scene, and that naval search and rescue were en route, before being interrupted by Weine and Schreck, who take over and begin interviewing the survivors.
