Grandstate Customs is a garage that Andy Kewzer worked at. This is, also, the place where he died, diced by a metal grid fence.

- According to the official site of G. T. Michelli Company, Grandstate Customs was actually the corporate office of the company in Harahan. The warehouse area and rear of the building created the setting for Grandstate Customs, a custom auto body shop.
- It was called "Mid-West Customs" in the original script, but it remains unknown why it has been changed.
- Just before George, Nick and Lori arrived to see Andy, a car that looks exactly like Carter Horton's car can be seen driving into the garage.
