Frankie Survives

Kevin pulls out Frankie at the last second.

After the funeral of Ashley Freund and Ashlyn Halperin, Wendy Christensen and Kevin Fischer go to a drive-thru fast-food restaurant. Suddenly, a runaway truck starts rolling down a sloped road towards Wendy and Kevin, but they are trapped by an SUV behind them, and a Hice Pale Ale truck which backs up too close to the right side of Kevin's truck. Kevin continues to honk his horn to warn the man in front of them, but the man flips them off. Wendy honks the horn again, which the man turns around to flip them off once more, revealing himself to be Frankie. The SUV behind them finally backs up, but the truck is already too close, and Kevin is forced to kick out his front windshield so he and Wendy can escape. Before the truck crashes into Kevin's truck, Kevin manages to pull Frankie out of his car. Frankie, Kevin and Wendy lie on the ground, staring at the engine fan protruding out of Kevin's truck, where Frankie's head would have been if it weren't for Kevin's actions.

Frankie in alternative universe

Frankie after the drive thru accident.

After the paramedics arrive, Frankie had suffered a neck injury from the incident and is taken to the hospital. As he is being carted off on a stretcher, he happily proclaims that he is going to sue for what happened and become rich.

However two days later, Frankie ends up getting arrested for soliciting an undercover cop. After pigeons caused Erin Ulmer's death at Build it, Wendy, Kevin and Ian McKinley were sent to McKinley Police Department. Frankie was seen by Kevin being pulled out of a police car in handcuffs as he begs for Kevin to help him before being pulled away by the officers detaining him. It is heavily implied he has been incarcerated.

The woman approaches Frankie and seduces him, saying she is a model and asking him how much he is willing to pay. Frankie suggests $110, but the woman reveals herself to be a police officer and arrests him for soliciting her. The barista laughs and mocks Frankie as the officer pulls Frankie away.
