This ambulance appears in The Final Destination resembling a Ford E-Series.

After failing to save Jonathan Groves, Nick and George Lanter leave the hospital to go to the Springfield Centre Mall to warn Lori Milligan and Janet Cunningham. While crossing the street, George is cut off mid-sentence when the speeding ambulance hits him. After stopping abruptly, Nick runs to the front of the bloody ambulance, only to see George's mutilated body. Before leaving, he recognizes a clue on the ambulance from his mini premonition.
Real Life[]
Nick awakens from his premonition and immediately tries to quickly warn George about the ambulance. Unfortunately, the speeding ambulance still hits and kills George. Instead of running to check on George's body, Nick immediately runs off to go save Lori and Janet.
Trivia[]
- In the mini-premonition, Nick sees the ambulance's headlights flashing and hears the ambulance screech to a halt. He also sees a snake wrap around a metal stick and sees it transform into the "Rod of Asclepius".
- The symbol that Nick sees on the ambulance is the Rod of Asclepius. In Greek mythology, it is a staff welded by Asclepius, the god of healing and medicine.
